We are very excited to announce our Summer Sandlot Program.  We know many of you have been asking for the details and we appreciate your patience!  The goal of Sandlot is that we provide the fields, the equipment, the supervisors/coaches and the players bring the FUN.  It is their time, their rules, their game.  If you are receiving this email and your player played in our Spring Season you do NOT need to register, you can just show up and play.  The details are below as well as a guide on what Sandlot is all about.

WHAT:  2022 Summer Sandlot

WHO:  All kids ages 4 - 12 years old

WHEN:  Every Friday from July 15th to August 12th, 5pm to 8pm (7/15, 7/22, 7/29, 8/5, 8/12)

WHERE: Al Tahoe Fields

HOW:  Show up to the field/division you played at during Spring Season and PLAY.

COST:  Free


DETAILS:

We will have Board Members and/or Spring Season Coaches at Majors, AAA, AA/A, & T-Ball/Mini Fields every Friday to supervise.  For Majors and AAA kids they are knowledgable enough with the game that we just supervise and make sure they are safe.  If they want us involved they can ask, otherwise they are the essence of true sandlot.  We will be combining AA & A together and have a couple additional coaches available to help ensure the players are safe and offer a bit more guidance if necessary.  We are also combining T-Ball & Mini T and will again offer several coaches to help keep the players safe and organized given their young ages.

If you have friends, family, or neighbors that are here and want to join the fun they are welcome so long as they fall into our age range.  (Note: Players that did not play during Spring Season 2022 will need to register on our website so we have their information -Register below if you're new to STNLL)

We hope to see you out there for some Friday Fun!  As Smalls said in Sandlot, "they don't compete with on another or try to win. They're in the sandlot every day during the summer to have fun, to spend time together ... "
